FAQ
Quick answers
What can I track in one place?
Accounts, credit cards, transactions, budgets, debts, savings goals, subscriptions, crypto, stocks, ETFs, property, vehicles, luxury items, and interest-bearing accounts. Manual entries fill in anything that doesn't sync automatically, so net worth and budgets stay complete.
How does Nethaven connect to my bank accounts?
You sign in securely and Nethaven never sees or stores your banking username or password. The connection is read-only: we receive balances and transactions but cannot move money or make changes at your bank. Available banks depend on your region and our coverage.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not Nethaven. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nethaven → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nethaven → Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which an active subscription is required to keep using the app. Your data is retained so you can resubscribe anytime.
What does Nethaven do with my data?
We use your data to operate the product: sync accounts, show transactions, build budgets, calculate net worth, and run the features you turn on. We don't sell personal data, run advertising, or share with data brokers. First-party analytics (Vexo and Firebase Crashlytics) keeps the product reliable and can be disabled in Privacy Settings. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I get help if something is broken?
In-app support is the fastest path. You can also email support@nethaven.app. We read every report; for crashes, include the time and what you were doing, and attach a crash log if your device offers one. For security issues, see the Security page.
Still have questions?
Send the support email with screenshots, device, app version, and the workflow you were trying to complete. A specific report is much faster to debug.
