How to connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to Nethaven using the MCP endpoint — no API keys, OAuth sign-in only.
Nethaven works with AI assistants that support remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections. You paste one URL into your assistant's settings and sign in — no API keys, no scripts to run. The assistant can then read your financial data and make narrow approved changes by chat.
Steps for every client: open your assistant's connectors or MCP settings, choose to add a remote server or custom connector, paste https://api.nethaven.app/mcp, and sign in to Nethaven when the OAuth prompt appears. Approve individual write actions — adding a transaction, changing a category — before they run. Requires an active Nethaven Pro subscription.
